Hi, I'm Mimi, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Naturopath, and Child Development Teacher.
Many years of Mindfulness practice helped me build a peaceful and harmonious relationship with myself, my children, and the world around me. The practice of mindful connection brings so much pure inner joy in my parenting journey and life.
As I observed many frustrated moms struggle with their children, emotions, health, relationships, and responsibilities, I felt compelled and obligated to share the practice of mindfulness so they could be more productive and experience more harmonious lives. That's why I created the Mindful Mom Program.
