What We Do

Mindful Mom creates life-transforming training, experiences, and coaching programs for busy moms who are passionate and committed to healing all aspects of their lives, especially their relationships with their children.

Mindful Moms are able to better connect with themselves and their children to gain cooperation and create joyful living so they can raise positive, self-sustainable, happy children.

Mindful Mom is a positive place for busy moms to practice mindfulness so they can experience greater clarity of thought, increased inner peace, and improved energy levels while freeing themselves from stress, frustration, and overwhelm.

About Mimi, 

Mindful Mom Practioner

Hi, I'm Mimi, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Naturopath, and Child Development Teacher.

Many years of Mindfulness practice helped me build a peaceful and harmonious relationship with myself, my children, and the world around me. The practice of mindful connection brings so much pure inner joy in my parenting journey and life.

As I observed many frustrated moms struggle with their children, emotions, health, relationships, and responsibilities, I felt compelled and obligated to share the practice of mindfulness so they could be more productive and experience more harmonious lives. That's why I created the Mindful Mom Program.
